Heart for the Arts Central Florida Inc. ("Heart for the Arts," "we")
is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public charity based in Osceola County,
Florida. Our mission is to inspire others to love Christ through the
arts. This policy explains what information we collect through
heartforthearts.org and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact information you give us. If you email us, sign up for the
choir mailing list, register for an event, or submit an audition
video, we keep your name, email address, phone number, and whatever
you send us.

Donations. Online donations are processed through our payment
provider. We receive the donation amount, your name, and contact
details so we can thank you and issue receipts. We never see or store
your full card or bank numbers.

Photos and video. With your signed photo/video release, we may publish
photos or clips of rehearsals, performances, and members. For anyone
under 18, a parent or guardian's signature is required.

Basic site data. Like most websites, ours records standard, anonymous
visit data (pages viewed, browser type) to understand how the site is
used.

How we use it

We use your information to run the ministry: choir and Studio Arts
communications, concert announcements, ticket and event information,
donation receipts, and member safety. We do not sell, rent, or trade
your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties
for their marketing.

Cookies

Our site may use basic cookies to remember your preferences and keep
pages working. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Children

Our programs include young people. We collect information from minors
only with a parent or guardian's consent (for example, through our
photo/video release form), and we use it only for program purposes.

Your choices

Reply to any mailing-list email to ask to be removed, or email us
directly. Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or
ask us to correct or delete it.
